Payment / Deposit

You will be asked to pay after you have arrived and seen the condo. Checking-in and checking-out is on Saturdays. Checking-in is possible from 5:00 PM, checking-out is at 10:30 AM. To ensure the good state of the condo and for you to have a pleasant vacation when arriving, I will ask for a deposit upon your booking.
The deposit is:

  • 1-2 Weeks: US$ 150.-
  • 3-4 Weeks: US$ 300.-

After I received the deposit you will get a booking confirmation. If you wish to make a cancellation less than 60 days prior to the agreed-upon arrival date, your deposit will automatically expire. If there is the chance of another customer taking the condo for the time of the original cancellation, I will be happy to refund the deposit.
There will also be a refunding if you have left the condo in a good and clean state – the same state you see when checking-in.
I have been the manager of these condos for a period of over 10 years and have always been able to refund the deposits to my customers.
