We had a wonderful stay in Florida and this was a perfect condo for our family! It was extremely clean, which I find very important. The condo was stocked with everything we could need and more! Jan the owner was very helpful and very nice and went out of his way to make sure we had a great vacation! We got our security deposit within a day of coming home too! The Ventura Club was a great home base! Nice pools and clean property. Grocery store and restaurants are near by, Disney and Universal are close as is the airport! We would definitely recommend his condo to our friends and family and we will be staying here again when we come back! Thank you Jan for everything!

We had a great Xmas vacation at the Ventura Country Club thanks to Jan's modern, clean condo. Jan provides everything you need to prepare any meal. You are steps to a heated and pool and walking distance to the clubhouse for golf, breakfast, lunch or dinner and another pool. Short drive from the airport and the major attractions plus do not miss Winter Park, Baldwin Park and Thornton park three other hidden gems in Orlando. Did I say the place is immaculately clean.

So happy with our choice! The owner is very responsive, and had everything nicely organized for our stay and was accommodating with cribs and high chairs for my children. The condo was beautifully located in the community- my son loved the pool and we frequented the club house for dinner- prices were very reasonable. Our stay was amazing! Jan was helpful from the start and was so welcoming to Orlando. The place is spotless and I am a very picky neat-freak. Nice, very clean condo close to shopping, restaurants, and Orlando Intl Airport. Many amenities in the condo: ceiling fans, many dishes, nice pots and pans, and silverware, a Kuerig coffee maker, quiet dishwasher, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, a great screened in porch, hair dryers, great TV's, and fast internet......these were my favorites. Landlord, Jan was very attentive to any questions or issues that came up.

The property is located within a secure gated community amid lush green views. The property is well maintained and clean and the owner Jan is very organized and helpful making the stay very easy. He has all the steps documented right from booking until check out. He is available right away for any questions or help you may need. My wife and I arrived late at the property but Jan, the owner, organized everything, so we had a hassle free arrival. My wife was totaly happy about the very nice decoration, the cleanliness of the Condo. The matress was confortable, so we could sleep like in heaven. The community amenities are awesome. Great Pools, Whirlpools, Green and Fitness. Restaurants and shopping are just around the corner. The Condo was a good place to reach Attractions, Beaches and Orlando sights. We both did spend a lot of time in the resort. We really felt like home. We strongly will recommend this condo to others. Thanks to Jan for that great experience!

What a condo! It's barely ten minutes from airport in a safe, neat and beautiful community. Jan personally maintains this condo with attention to detail and it shows! Two things that makes this condo different from other: First - Usually in other condos - no matter however clean it appears, there has always been some element of dirt or uncleanliness found, but this condo was spotless which gives it a home like feel. This is very important after a long day in any of the theme park. Second - this condo has every possible amenity that you can think you would need for a week(even a beach umbrella!).The condo is also very beautiful and charming. He is a very organized person. Jan has kept maps, guides and coupons of popular Orlando attractions. The park maps did help us plan ahead of time.We would like to take this opportunity to thank Jan for his efforts before and during our stay in making it a perfect vacation for us.

On arrival, the magic kingdom décor is a delight. The condo is very clean. Good quality essentials are provided. This is much appreciated since we could not bring so much. The directions and information provided by Jan were clear and useful. The condo is located in a beautiful golf gated secure community. The club has an Olympic swimming pool and the restaurant serves good food at a reasonable prize. There are two other swimming pools nearby. The location is convenient to good restaurants, shops and Disney's attractions. Jan has been very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. I would recommend this homestay to my friends and hope to come back again.

This was our 2nd stay at the Ventura Resort & Golf Club Gated Community. It is approx. 10-15 minutes only from the airport... really easy to find. We had guests that stayed with us for about 1 week of our 2 weeks and they also had been there before. We all agree that Jan's condo in Willowpointe section has to be one of, if not the best condo in Ventura Resort. Jan is definitely hands on owner who makes sure everything is right for your stay with maps, his own directory of shops and activities and even the use of a GPS. The condo is absolutely lovely... Clean and very updated!!!! So, if you want to be in a gated community with a golf course and many other activities...gym. tennis, heated pool,etc., and want to be close to major shopping and eating... then you should definitely consider contacting JAN.
